देवघर। एक बार फिर से गोड्डा सांसद निशिकांत दुबे और देवघर के डीसी मंजूनाथ भजंत्री आपस में भिड़ गए हैं. मधुपुर उपचुनाव से लड़ाई बदस्तूर जारी है. मामला उपचुनाव का हो, देवघर में रोपवे पर यात्रियों को फंसने का हो या फिर एयरपोर्ट से शाम होने के बाद टेक ऑफ कराने का हो. हर बार बात गोड्डा सांसद निशिकांत और देवघर डीसी भजंत्री आपस में भिड़ते नजर आते हैं. इस बार भी ऐसा ही कुछ हो रहा है. मामला 31 अगस्त का है. शाम करीब 5.15 में सांसद निशिकांत अपने दो साथी सांसद मनोज तिवारी और बीजेपी नेता कपिल शर्मा के साथ एयरपोर्ट पहुंचे. बताया जा रहा है कि देवघर से शाम ढलने के बाद फ्लाइट उड़ने की इजाज्त नहीं हैं. आरोप ये लगाया जा रहा है कि देवघर डीसी को एयरपोर्ट पर 31 जुलाई को सुरक्षा मानकों के उल्लंघन और एटीसी के अंदर बिना अनुमति के यात्रियों के प्रवेश को लेकर पत्र मिला है.
डीसी और सांसद दोनों ने कराया एफआईआर, अब सोशल मीडिया पर जंग जारी
31 तारीख की घटना के बाद देवघर डीसी मंजूनाथ भजंत्री ने निशिकांत दुबे पर देवघर के कुंडा थाना में मामला दर्ज कराया है तो वहीं निशिकांत दुबे ने डीसी पर दिल्ली में एफआईआर दर्ज करा दिया है. एफआईआर होने के बाद दोनों सांसद और डीसी ट्विटर पर जमकर आपस में बहस कर रहे हैं.
– सबसे पहले डीसी देवघर ने अपने ट्विटर हैंडल से ट्वीट किया और लिखा कि “इसके अलावा उपरोक्त सभी तथ्यों को देखते हुए यह स्पष्ट है कि एयरपोर्ट संचालन के सुरक्षा मानकों का उल्लंघन करते हुए यात्रियों द्वारा एटीसी में प्रवेश किया गया नाइट ऑपरेशन की सुविधा नहीं रहने के बावजूद यात्रियों के सुरक्षा को नजरअंदाज करते हुए किलियंस के लिए दबाव बनाया गया” इसके जवाब में निशिकांत ने कहा कि “यह एक अपराधी का अंदाज़ है जो जबरदस्ती बिना अनुमति के सुरक्षा घेरा तोड़कर घुसता है. आप एयरपोर्ट के अंदर किस हैसियत से गए? आपको CCTV देखने की इजाज़त किसने दी? आप फरषटाईया गए हैं,मुख्यमंत्री की चमचागिरी करिए व मस्त रहिए.”
– निशिकांत दुबे ने एक बार फिर ट्विट किया और कहा कि “Who gave you permission to enter CCTV room? Apron? ATC tower? You breached all the norms. Pathetic” इसके जवाब में डीसी ने कहा कि “I had entered the Airport terminal after taking legitimate entry pass. DC is also a Member on the Board of Directors of Deoghar Airport.”
– डीसी ने फिर से ट्विट किया और कहा कि “Hon’ble MP Sir, I have not entered Apron, ATC tower. This incident is better left to be inquired by the Competent Authorities. twitter.com/nishikant_dube…” इसके जवाब में निशिकांत ने कहा कि “‘The CCTV information sought by the appellant is not available with the CISF/ state police Moreover, CISF/ state police is not the holder of the information and is entrusted only for providing security cover at the Airport’. -Supreme Court. You breached national security”
– डीसी मंजूनाथ भजंत्री ने ट्विटर के जरिए ही निशिकांत से कुछ सवाल किए. उन्होंने पूछा कि “Hon’ble MP Sir, Few questions. 1. Who authorised you to enter ATC Room? 2. Who authorised your two children to enter ATC Room? 3. Who authorised your supporters to enter ATC Building? twitter.com/nishikant_dube…” जिसके जवाब में निशिकांत ने कहा कि “1.) I took the necessary permission from the Airport authorities. 2.) As Chairman of the Airport Advisory Committee, I have the right to inspect. 3.) I am in High Court fighting a case for your delay in facilitating night landing facilities. You are in contempt of court.”
– डीसी ने फिर से ट्विटर कर सांसद निशिकांत से सवाल किया पूछा कि “Hon’ble MP Sir, Night landing matter is subjudice, wud not like to comment on it. But, when night landing facility/IFR is not there, and so many flights getting cancelled every other day, how did your chartered plane took off at 1817hours when the sunset time was 1803hours?” जिसके जवाब में निशिकांत कहते हैं कि “I’d suggest you to study aviation rules again. As an IAS officer, the nation expects better from you. Now the matter is under investigation at all possible levels, please comment further only after reading aviation and airport rules carefully henceforth. सावधानी हटी दुर्घटना घटी।”.
